We have a non-return policy, which means you will not be able to return your item after receiving it.

You can provide a response for the reason for any dissatisfaction to info@torontoeducationpress.com Please note that your response will be answered within 5 business days.


Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, the same day, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the damaged book or item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

If your product is damaged, you must immediately take a photo of the damaged package and call the courier company to let them know you received the package damaged from their delivery. We will also call the delivery service to support you in resolving the damaged item. Once the damaged item is returned, we will replace the item. 

Please remember the sooner you return the damaged book or item, the sooner we can replace the product.
