Cultural Semiotic Study of Chinese Wuxia

Dr. Jinyan Sun received her Ph.D. of Literature from Sichuan University (China). She is currently an associate professor at Yunnan Minzu University and a guest researcher at the Institute of Semiotics and Media Studies, Sichuan University. Dr. Sun is a member of the International Semiotics Society. Her main research interests include fantasy semiotics and fictional narrative theory. She is the editor of one philosophical reader and the author of two academic monographs and over 50 of academic papers. She has been awarded two provincial awards for outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences.
